Just watched this movie yesterday and it was not one of those movies that can be called a good one to watch.
I felt the story was really lacking in context and materials as its one of those run of the mill stories, so it was very much boring for me. The plot should have been better, at least to an extent where it could have been enjoyable. I mean the whole story is so lame, its about Harry or Harinder Singh and Sejal, Sejal has lost her wedding ring so Harry and Sejal set out to find the ring, but actually the ring was in her bag all along. They attend a friends wedding and then they throw a fit at each other, then she leaves for India. Harry gets all sad and follows her back and finds out that she did not get married and then they confess each others feelings, happy ending! This is literally the plot of the movie, these 2 - 3 lines stretched to a whole one and a half our of feature length movie, this plot is nothing new and its a lot similar to other movies. This is what happens when there is no actual plot in the movie, it becomes a waste of time.
The cast is relatively small, but it has its star Shah Rukh Khan in it, and surprisingly his acting seemed a bit too cheesy, too much bashfulness and it ruined his performance for the Harry character, where the lead female role was played by Anushka Sharma, her acting did not feel heart felt, it was more like following the script.
Music was good though, probably the only thing good about this movie, the back ground scores are nice, and some of the songs are very good.
Cinematography was average overall, nothing too special or not really bad either, it was okay. They did try to add good effects though as the story takes place in several beautiful locations.
Overall this movie was average, not really worth recommendation.
