Hello guys jabong is one of the online shopping application and website.It has wide variety of fashion accessories, clothes, shoes, bags etc.From top to bottom stuffs.
Why no jabong?
I will tell you my experience I ordered one denim.When I ordered I chose grey color.When it was delivered to me it was blue color.And quality was not that great.When I called for replacement they said person will come to take.But no one turned up.I made complain again and they say your replacement period is over we cant replace now.It was their fault they dint send any one to collect back.And then I mailed them talked to them but nothing happened.
So a big no for me.
Application and website like this days is easy and userfriendly.You can easily buy anything but thing is you dont receive what you desire or what you see.
Delivery time was good.As it was delivered timely.But faulty product replacement time is not sure how much time they take.Sometime like me they may get over replacement time.
