Needs to improve delivery and customer service

I purchased a brown laptop bag few days back, order id 161020639548303.Firstly the order got delayed and when got the bag it was completely defective with spots all over it.Could’nt ask for instant exchange as their system was down for next 2 days.However, now even after applying for exchange no one came for next 3 days . Moreover the person whose no was given for coordination says bluntly "I don’t know" and doesn’t even pick call afterwards.Please improve your service and hire quality people, this type of behavior of staff will perish you soon.
