Order No. 130303061289874. I am a regular customer of Jabong. Recently purchase 5000+ amount of Thalgo product from Jabong.
After a month time they could not deliver one product saying some custom problem. Without my confirmation they initiated refund whereas I wanted to order another item of same value.
Customer care does not bother to cal or inform.Upon calling them from my side they make stories and saying can’t help it.
Rest all online sites if there is any miss or delay in their side they used to be humble polite and as sweet gesture and customer satisfaction provide some compensation.With Jabong even though you ask to compensate they will be even more rude and least bother to help you or make u happy with any sort of help..
My experience is disgusting and for sure will never ever order anything from this bullshit site..
