Order if you can wait for your lifetime for the products to be delivered by them. They sat on my order for good 1 week without any action. On inquiring I was told that product is undergoing quality check. image what quality check can a shoe go under.
Product companies perform quality checks. Marketplaces do not. Stupid Support team! It doesn’t end here. After one week I get a mail saying that they have initiated the product procurement process from vendor. WTF.
So you sat on my order for 1 week, gave me some bullshit lie about QC being done and now after 1 week ordering from vendor which you’ll take good 3-4 days to deliver when the vendor is located about 40 kms from my delivery address. This was my first order with Jabong and very well would be the last one.
