The products on the site are good but really expensive as compared to flipkart , mantra and others. The delivery time is soo long and it’s really very hard to track your order. Not all the products are available for cash on delivery. The delivery charges and other added charges makes it impossible to look at products without adding 300 above the prices given which makes a cheap product acquire high rates. The return policy is very hard to achieve there is no cancel option if once an order is placed. The refund system is very bad.
