Jabong created a hype with its super deals, especially among ladies. The ecommerce website was successful in delivering reasonable products to many quite efficiently. I also tried my hands on Jabong, but proved to be a disaster. Product images were very different from what I received. To add to the jitters was poor quality apparels.
I have placed orders of apparels before, which I did not return. I could not wear them for office or party. Now I wear them at home. Most of them have been thrown away.
I ordered Lara Karen Black Trousers which I wore only once. The trouser withered, even without washing it and thread balls came out. Not even a week old, and this was the condition.
I ordered a pink color top(forgot the retailer name). What I received was a Neon Pink top! That was supported by the disclaimer "actual color may slightly vary from color on website".hello? Did I read slightly?
On once occasion as I ordered a pair of blue trousers, I wasn’t surprised to see a hole in the cloth. I tried ordering a half -n-half green saree. Couldn’t have imagined such pathetic quality in my dreams! The half portion of velvet cloth on the saree was actually stuck with fevicol! No words post this experience.
I stopped shopping from Jabong thereafter.
Their return policy is good and hassle free return as well. But there is no point if the product quality is a so bad!
