Jabong.com is an indian e- commerce site whoes provide us thousands of product and brand. They claims to achive the highest level of customer satisfaction.
My experiance was very bad with jabong.com. Before 3 month I had purchased a t-shirt brand name zink v neck full slives t shirt. Which have high price and lower quality. Total money waisting. It was my first experiance purchaseing any product with e- commerce site which was very bad. They claimed that their product is branded and good quality with a lower price. I received my product after 10 days and they claim dispatched to only 3 or 4 working days.
After receiveing my product I saw it was very poor condition and packaging. And their coustmer care service did not help me. After that experience I will never buy any product in this site.That’s the review of jabong.com which I experienced in that of time, you can comment your’s thinking about that ecommerce website.thanks for reading!
