It was the first time I have ordered from the jabong.com because of its attractive advertisements. I wanted to buy a new backpack and I have searched in jabong. I bought a FILA black backpack. I have placed an order on Dec 15th, 2013. Order ID is 131215727794953. The price was Rs.1040. They mentioned it will be delivered within 7 days but I have received it on Dec 25th, 2013. When I have opened the package I found that it’s not worth the money I spent for. The bag was looked like the duplicate product. The product quality was worth Rs.500 to 600 and they took Rs.1040. It was not been even 2 months and the main pocket chain was broken. I have contacted customer support to ask for a service center but they did not bother to reply to me and I had to spend Rs.100 more to repair the chain from another shop. This was my first and last experience from jabong and then I never considered jabong for any kind of shopping.
I personally don’t recommend jabong.com for any kind of shopping. As it delivers product very late and the most important thing is their product quality is very bad.
