Hello everyone.i brought a jacket from jabong.com.It was delivered on time with good packing and good quality.I found that the jacket doesn’t fit me properly.so I wanted to replace with proper size.so I dropped the request in jabong app and shocked to know that it has no pickup service at my location and asking me to bring it to service hub which is hundreds of miles away from where I live.I called the customer care and there was no use.i had only one question if they can deliver you the product to my location then why cant they pick it up from my location.worst service.Not realiable at all.
