JABONG is an unreliable website. As it is their delivery times are much more protracted than other sites like LimeRoad and Myntra. On top of that they don’t even stick to the final delivery date that they themselves promise. I shopped for expensive luggage on their website and I was told that it would be delivered by 18th Dec 2015. I am travelling on the 19th to the US and I told the same thing multiple times on multiple calls from 18th morning. I did not receive delivery and I am out of pocket on upwards on approx 6000 rupees. I am in no position to buy new luggage and now will face trouble travelling out of the country.
Jabong team was VERY unhelpful and I do not blame them as they must tow towing the company policy which is rubbish - we will get back to you, we have logged a complaint, our team will get in touch with you in 48 hours, there is a possibility there will be no delivery, we cannot do more than what we are doing, call GATI our courier directly and spend more money yourself to track your shipment if you feel the necessity etc were the various things I was told by their customer care. irony is I persevered and called Gati who told me its here in Bangalore in their warehouse but they couldnt care at all about Jabongs commitments and that my luggage would be delivered only tomorrow as per Gati’s timelines irrespective of my problems and the fact that my parcel is already in my city.
Anyway this was a HORRIBLE experience, and I will NEVER shop with JABONG AGAIN. I urge you to shop with MYNTRA< LIMEROAD< KOOVS or even ABOF instead of Jabong because these guys are cheats, unhelpful and unreliable. I still have not even received one SINGLE call from them updating me on the status or even a call from their customer complaint department, Companies like this who make it big because of people like us who shop compulsively and relentlessly on ONLINE E COMMERCE platforms because we work all teh time, end up causing loss to the same customers.
Be cautious, I urge all of you. JABONG sucks as my experience today taught me. They have assured me that they will make my delivery after I have left Bangalore tomorrow to my empty house so that I am in no position to use what I had paid for and was promised would be delivered so that I could actually use it for the purpose I had bought it for.
