Why is this company still in business? They have Trems and condition that they dont follow and are in breach of the contract between a buyer and a seller yet they are allowed to function. They delivered me a wrong product with a market value of less than INR 1, 000 when I actually paid INR 2, 800 for a different product. Despite numerous calls and a lot of fiery exchanges the wrong product was picked up but no refund has been processed for more than 4 weeks now.The sad thing is there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.
