Another normal e-commerce website with not so good service and return policies. Look and feel of the website is quite good with good brands and many cloths to buy from. The worst part which I observed was their service and delivery. I got my products much delayed compared to what they showed on their website. Their delivery was quite slow and if you by mistake want to replace a product or send it back then you are gone my friend.
You have to call their customer care number and do all the packing and send them via courier which you have to pay for it, which takes much time overall. Not a satisfactory shopping at Jabong. Hope it would have improved it’s quality of delivery and return policies.
