I am sorry but I committed the all important mistake of trusting the promises made by Jabong and ordered fro your website yet again even though my last experience was far from being pleasant .
I had the extreme misfortune of selecting a sling bag( ORDER NO.: 141222532375383) on 22nd December 2014 and the customer service representative very prudently told me that this would reach me by 30th December.
Jabong like always never fails to amaze me and this time you guys went a step further ahead. To my extreme surprise on the order tracking page, I found that the courier had tried delivering the product on 26th December and I wasnt present and hence it could not be delivered.
what I would like to mention specifically here is that I was at home the whole day and I did not receive even a single call nor did anyone ring the call bell for delivery .
This clearly means that the order status on the Jabong order tracking page is wrong. But then our customer service rep doesnt agree with this and this in turn implies that I am lying. Late delivery of order is one thing and accusing the customer of lying is totally other and unacceptable.
I would like to mention that even if for a second we believe what is updated is true( which isnt) then also three working days have gone by (December 29, 30 and 31) and still no signs of delivery and no updates on jabong/courier partners page.
I have paid for the bag in advance and I am sorry for choosing jabong. May others stay away from jabong if this is what jabong customer care is all about.
