I have ordered one suit from jabong.com and they have given a date for the delivery that is within 7days but it was been 11 days but the delivery has not done and when I have called customer care they have kept me on hold for like 20 min which has done a waste of time and waste of money my 20rs balance has been deducted from my sim but when they delivery the suit it was to late on the 12th day they have delivered me the suit and the material of the suit was just worst it was very rough and has many thread out and when I told them to return it they said it will take 8 days for the delivery boy to tale the parcal and it will takes 5days to refund my money so I just got disappointed from jabong.com it is a reputed website and they did this so I want to say dont waste your time and money on jabong.com do use snapdeal , flipcart or any other online shoping app but dont use jabong.com and I am sharing my true experience thank you
