This was the first time I was shopping on jabong and I must say I had a bad experience.i had ordered for a pair of puma shoes for rs 1200.
I found it cheaper than the local store so I ordered it from jabong.i had clearly mentioned my size while placing the order but the one I received was 1 size smaller.also the colour was completely different and it didnt seem to be the original puma shoes too.
I called up the customer care, at first they were reluctant to change but after repeatedly calling and requesting they finally agreed for a replacement.i just wasted so much time just for a pair of shoes.i could have spent a few bucks more and got it from the local shop.very disappointing.
