Jabong.com is an online shopping store to buy clothes, shoes and other apparels. Today I am going to share my experience with you all. What I have observed is that Jabong.com sometimes cheats customer to sell their products. The colour and texture that is shown on the website do not match with the package that we receive.
During their Diwali Sale, I was planning to buy a sweatshirt. I selected one sweatshirt and put it on my wishlist. I also thought to compare prices in other online stores. While I was looking for sweatshirts in Myntra, I saw one thing and I was shocked to see it. The same ROADSTER sweatshirt that I wishlisted in Jabong was of HRX brand in Myntra and there was a big difference in the price. How can this be true? So I decided to cross check in HRX website and I found that Myntra is the official partner for the HRX brand. So this led me to the conclusion that Jabong was cheating to me just to seel the products.
Apart from this, I have also noticed Jabong takes too much time to deliver your product in comparison to the Amazon and Flipkart. The customer care service of Jabong is not satisfactory and the reliability is also very poor. So don’t waste your money on this site and I would suggest going for other online stores or offline stores near your place so that you do not get cheated.
