I placed an order for 5tops on Jabong app on 3rd July for an amoutof 1571/- rupees paid through net banking. I received 2 out of the 5 tops on 7th July and the status for the rest of the 3tops is still unknown and it’s already been 10days. No body from Jabong bothered to inform me about the status for my order. Today I checked the status on Jabong App and it says the order has been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. Nobody bothered to inform me through email or sms and I had to check myself through their app. When I call their customer care on 01246128000, no one answers the phone and its akways on hold for atlest 10-15 minutes and after that it gets disconnected. This is highly unprofessional from Jabong side. I dont know the status for my refund either and where’s my money gone. I would be filing a case in consumer court against Jabong and will take every necessary action so that they dont repeat it.
