I ordered bata slipper from jabong. They mentioned 20 days delivery date for the item in the confirmation mail. Suddenly after 1 week, I got a call saying that they can’t deliver it since it is not available in stock.
If you don’t have it available, why do you send confirmation mail. And the lady tele-operator says "sir, please choose any other item". I asked her to send me a mail that it’s a stock out from their side after confirmation. No mail came and silently they just refunded the amount.
Even the delivery time has been pathetic from their side whenever I ordered. But since the incident, I have stopped even checking the site.
