I think Jabong has messed up enough times in terms of just being able to provide good service. This is my second order with this website, and I’m already regretting it. The first one resulted in a refund, as they sent me the wrong product. The second one was sent to my work address, when I asked them to send it to work, they did not. And when I expected it at home, it was sent to my work address! Like how hard is it to just pay for something, and have that something delivered on time, in good condition?
Totally not worth the pain! All the products are available in many pf the other sites, that can deliver better overall service!
