Be careful about Jabong returns. Overly clever. If you want to return a product due to whatever reasons, they will ensure that they give you’Jabong credits’ instead of refunding your amount in the manner it was paid.
In other words, their intention is to ensure that you use only their shop instead of competitors and should you want to’convert’ these credits into cash or card credit, you will be required to call their customer care and request.
This is not a customer friendly behaviour, better to go to other apps/sites which have more transparent way of dealings. We anyways get similar discounted prices.
