I have purchased some shirts from jabong.I was very excited.But when I received my product I checked that the quality is very bad totally different from online.So I sent a refund request.After two days one delivery boy took the product.Then they refund the amount to my jabong account.
So I called their customer care service to refund in to my bank account.I got the money but they have blocked my account.What is this? if the product is not good we cannot return it.thanks all.have a nice day.
