I had such a bad experience with Jabong, I ordered Classic Multicolored CROCS Size 42.5 Order Number JBNC0004509441It was under offer main price of this product is2497 ₹ and on offer it was for 1537 ₹ I ordered this on 17 April 2018 today is 12 May 2018, They promised it to deliver the product in 7 working days ita been 25 days still the product is not yet delivered.I called them yesterday about my product there answer was Sorry we can’t help you about this we had dispatched your product but if it is not reached to you than its not our concernLike seriously guys.? If you can’t deliver me a product on your promised day then why you are promising us to deliver.Really I am very disappointed with this you can still go and can track the product its still in transit .They are saying me to book it again but for that I have to pay 400₹ extra for this.Seriously very disappointed.Reliability - You can’t rely on them suppose if you want to Gift someone something and if they will do like this then.? So, they are not at all relaible
