Jabong is mainly sells fashionable item through online.and I have to buy a sweatshirt.so I searched at many online site bt I didn’t find as I expected.so atlast I searched at jabong and I found a good sweatshirt which is comfortable for me.so I ordered it and I pay the money with netbanking and they told me that I will get the product in 3-5 days bt I didn’t got that so I called to jabong and they said that u will get it in 2-3 three days bt I didn’t and after two days when I track my odrer then it show that item is delivered.then I again called to jabong then they said that I was delivered.then I pressurised him then they said that u have to contact to courier office we can’t help and courier department said that I was delivered.
So till date I didn’t get my product and I m totally disppointed with them.and I suggest to others that try to use COD(cash on delivery) option on payment mode because if the product is delivered to someone then in that case you don’t loss your money.
