Guys I want to tell you my experience with jabong.com , actually I don’t believe on online shopping specially of cloth shopping because of already I had bad experience of online shopping . There are lot of desy online shopping website is there, whose main purpose is to make money by making fool to the customer , Jabong.com is one of them , now come to the point, let me tell you actually what happened with me . I ordered one shirt from jabong.com on 20 oct 2017 and I got notifications of delivery date is 29 oct 2017 I think it is enough time to deliver but I got my product on 5 nov 2017 that is ok because finally I gotted my product but when I opend the package I was shoked it was totally different product then I complaind to customer care and I asked to replace the product then he told give some time to verify that and he registered my complain and told I will resolve your problem as soon as possible , totally 15 days he took to resolve my problem , so guys this is my experience with jabong.com .
