I have place an order for four tops and one jeans. In which I have create a size exchange complaint for Jeans on 16th of march and till now there is no response. Today I have call to jobong’s customer care and one of the executive inform me about there product return time frame- product receive to whorehouse is 7 days after quality check is 2 working days and again the exchange product will be delivered next 7 working days so the total time of return or exchange is more than 20 days.
In this same order today I have receive one Uptown brand- Nude Color top, without brand and price tag.
