I happened to visit Jai Hind at Hill
Road on the
16th of Aug 2008 along with my wife and mother-in-law. This was my
second visit to the place.
We ordered the Bharla Bombil and mutton biryani amongst other items.
When we received the Bharla Bombil I was quite sick to find
that there was a hair stuck in the Bharla Bombil.
They then came back later to offer a replacement for the
same.
After 15 mins they served the mutton biryani with raita.
Once again surprise of surpises! There was another hair in the food.
On complaining to the waiter, he had the audacity to turn
around and tell me that they had not done it on purpose.
The funny thing is that the last time I visited their outlet
in Mar of 08 there was a cockroach running around on one of the tables.
While the food is good, it goes without saying that the hygiene in the place is
despicable.
I am very sure that I would not visit that place once again.
In fact I tried to call the owner after getting his number
form the manager
However he refused to take the call. So much for consumer feedback
