Be carefull dealing with this firm. Best is to avoid. Vile smooth talking Sales men divert to their own house brand appliances which are of low quality & expensive over branded. Will persude you by smooth talk(actually owner/man sitting at cas box will prompt the sales man many times) The propietors will not respond to any kind communication OR after sale support OR return OR exchane of damaged product.
Simple to say you get cheated. In my case It was(unkown brand)Laxmi Royal Wet grinder was pushed to buy, I had made decicion to buy already satisfied customer of Vjayalaxmi brand Or Kailas brand. but pushed to by
unkown expensive Laxmi royal( may be his own OEM) with all the tall claims. Once you re in keddah you are done thanks to Indian legal system.
