Since childhood I have read about jallianwala bagh tragedy in our history books but witnessing the place was extremely moving.
Jallianwala bagh is a historical garden very close to golden temple . It is a place where hundreds of women, men and children were brutally killed by britishers in 1919.
It was so painful to see those bullet marks on the wall and a well where many people lost their lives.
Every Indian should visit this place and pay tribute to the martyrs . Any visit to Amritsar would be incomplete without a visit to jallianwala bagh.
