Being hindu I visited this masjid when I went mandu on the occasion of my friend’ marriage. I stayed mandu for 3 days with my other friends.
We visited many places in mandu like hindola mahal, roopmati’s pavilion, dai ka mahal, jain temple and many others places. Jami masjid is one of them.
My friend told me about the architecture of this masjid, then we decided to visit this masjid. It is a unique and fabulous masjid of mandu located in dhar district of madya pradesh.
It was huge and wonderful mosque. I just love it’s great art work, the mosque has a marvellous afghan architectural style. It is a majestic building of mandu, it’s sculpture is great. It has elegant dome porch with great marble finish. The masjid has 2 entrances door, one for court and another for prayer, which attracts tourist to explore the wonderful creation.
The mosque is a major attraction of mandu. It is the prosperous history of the islam. The place is must visit for architecture lovers. It is a historical monument of mandu. The place is easily accessible as mandu is well connected to big cities by road and train. There are many hotels can easily available for accommodation.
