I am writing this review on my personal experience. I being the regular customer of this jawed habib salon. This time it was the worst experience. I had gone for smoothingAnd they acclaimed that they use original L’Oreal products. And results will be wonderfulSo trusting this salon I went for smoothing to my mere dissapointment that product did not work in my hair effectively.After the second wash which I did at my home. The hairs turned out to be curly as it used to be from the scalp region and from the ends which is from the bottom hair were quite straight. Which was disaster from their sideIf the product used in my hair was originalHow come the output is so terrible.When I asked that person who had done my smoothing he absolutely was shocked and had no answersSo I asked for the refund. But they did not respond well. Which was very irresponsible from their part.I complained on customer care service about this. Alas! They responded wellLack of staff or employees which was clearly being noticed.Professionals are not trained well.And moreover I had spent 9000 over my smoothing which was a waste! I had worst experience. On second hand, my hair had to go through the chemicals and due to the adverse effect of the product my hair have got dry and rough from the ends.I strongly say that never trust salon blindly just because of their market name.I will not recommend this salon to anyoneBe careful when it comes to hair .I prefer not to visit this salon anymore.Thank you.
