Doctors are incompetent, they should do assistant ship and learn rather than having assistants. Neuro dept is in terribly bad shape, Dr. Ratnani is not a good surgeon; his surgery can put patient’s life at risk as it happened in case of my father. They can make simple case into a complicated one then don’t know what to do. Very slow in medical care even in case of critical patient in ICU. Staff in ICU is mostly arrogant; ownership is missing. They don’t know what’s best for patient.
Lost my father because of incompetency of doctors.
Case diagnosis is very poor.
In ICU, I could not find Dr. Gyanendra visiting my patient, only his arrogant assistants but billing is happening for his visits. His assistants and himself don’t answer queries properly
Good building can not make hospital good, good doctors make. It has only good building.
Life of person is important whether person gets treatment in Jaypee or some other place. If some treatment is beyond their capacity & capabilities they shouldn’t admit the patient, rather guide suitable hospital, if admit they should tell patients’ kin to take patient better place on time and cooperate. They shouldn’t do the experiment at the cost of person’s life and wait for patients to die. Making money should not be the only reason for running the hospital or providing the service in hospital.
- Govt should ask them to publish monthly data - patient admitted, patient in ICU and death in hospital so that people are aware of mortality rate in hospital. I’m sure there would be many. In fact every hospital should publish such data with detail report of each case.
