I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my mother undergo dialysis treatment at Jaypee Hospital during the morning shift, and I must say, the level of service and the behavior of the management staff left a lot to be desired.
Upon arriving at the hospital at 6 AM, both my parents were shocked to find the morning staff in a state of disinterest. Many of them seemed to be dozing off in various corners, showing a complete lack of attentiveness towards the patients, especially the senior citizens who needed assistance. The absence of any staff members at the gate further added to the frustration and inconvenience.
Seeking some resolution, my parents decided to voice their concerns to a supervisor. Unfortunately, even the supervisor was nowhere to be found on the floor, further highlighting the lack of responsibility and accountability among the management team.
The person at the bill desk or TPA desk was another source of disappointment. Instead of attending to the patients waiting in line, he seemed more interested in his mobile phone and engaging in idle gossip. My fathers attempts to bring this to his attention were futile, as he was often ignored or made to wait indefinitely.
Given this disappointing experience, my family has decided to explore other options for my mothers treatment. I would strongly advise against choosing Jaypee Hospital, as the unprofessional behavior and poor management exhibited by the staff hindered the overall quality of care provided. It is crucial for a hospital to prioritize patient well-being and maintain a supportive and respectful environment, which unfortunately was sorely lacking in this case.
