A Decent Bluetooth Headphone for Daily Use

I bought the JBL SH12 Bluetooth headphones around 2 months ago from a local shop. I was looking for something budget-friendly for online classes, music, and calls — and this looked good at that time. After using it regularly, here’s what I feel.

What I Liked:

Design & Comfort: The design is pretty decent and it looks good. It’s lightweight and sits comfortably on my head. I use it for 2-3 hours daily and never felt any discomfort.

Sound Quality: Honestly, the sound is better than I expected at this price. Bass is okay, vocals are clear, and the volume is good enough. I mostly listen to Bollywood and lo-fi music, and it sounds nice.

Battery Life: I charge it once and it runs for the whole day with normal use. For me, it gives around 5 hours playback which is fine.

Bluetooth & FM: Bluetooth connection is smooth — connects to my phone in 2-3 seconds. FM and SD card support is also a cool feature when I don’t want to use my phone.

What Could Be Better:

Build Quality: It’s full plastic, so doesn’t feel very strong. I’m handling it carefully because I’m afraid it might break if it falls.

Mic Performance: Mic works, but during phone calls the other person sometimes says they can’t hear me properly, especially if there’s background noise.

Noise Cancellation: It doesn’t block outside noise much, so if you’re sitting in a noisy area, you’ll hear background sounds.

Final Thoughts:

Overall, I think the JBL SH12 is a good option for people who want basic Bluetooth headphones under a low budget. It’s not for gamers or people expecting heavy bass, but for daily music, online classes, and light usage — it does the job well. If you’re tight on budget, it’s worth trying.
