I was a big fan of Jbl since years. I have jbl sound bar, jbl blutooth speaker, jbl woofer in my car. This shows my love for the company but even that my experience in some cases was not that good.
I purchased this headphone 3 months ago and just after 1 month it's left earpiece stopped working so that was the first time I was in shock that how did it happen.
Then I was using that one sided headphone for about 10 days then suddenly it's mic stopped working then I got to know that its something serious with my product.
Then I was not using the headphone then, but after 20 days I checked and found that the headphone was totally gone.
So that was the horrible experience for me that a company like this will do like this. Never mind I still trust the company but still no more confident in its headphone section.
