I bought this product 10 months ago it is good product but it has no service and support This product is good its sound quality is average not so great It has low bass It’s mic has some problem it can’t deliver good sound Overall sound quality from headphones is average The headphone has average look and design This headphone has low build up quality I am able use this headphone for 8 months only due to its half left part is not working properly you have to hold the wire in proper manner then it deliver you sound I think its wire cuts I tried customer service but I didn’t get help The customer service is worst My headphone is in warranty but I can’t get any help to work it out so I think product is average The headphone has right value and I am not satisfied with these headphone
