I got relentless calls from one of their sales agents for many days...She wanted me to move my membership from standard (9 months) that I already paid for to a premium one (6 months) for the same price. She used to call me overseas 5 times a day so I could move my membership.
I thought let’s give it a try and paid. The moment account was settled I stopped getting calls of follow ups etc. I realized I had lost 3 months of membership in the name of this useless premium service.
2 days after my 6 month membership expired I asked for contact details of a potential match. She said I need to pay another 6000 to get those details. What a ripoff!
I recommend avoid Jeevansaathi.com and definitely avoid premium service.
