It has been more than 25 days I raised a claim service for my TV which is in warranty period. I purchased the KODAK LED 40 inch TV from Flipkart along with extended warranty. I also raised a complain regarding the same with Flipkart customer care but not proper response. Jeeves is a fraud. They are not even responding the emails. there customer care number no body lifting the calls.
Very bad bad.
1)Ticket raised on 03/06 and your technician attached on 04/06/2020 and noted the complainant was pc board
2)Already 22 days over but service not done from your end as of date and really upset with your service
3)your executives end also no proper response and those people dont know the status of product since last Wednesday
4)Finally I decided to raise complaint on your company along with voice call records, complaint details and extended warranty details update in consumer court and other social media accounts with tag the your company with complainant id
5)Atleast your executives not arranging calls with superior or manager for resolution of this query

Please dont take extended warranty by jeeves as its month passed I have claimed service no response till yet.also complained flipkart .they are also helpless flipkart customer care person was like .tum tumhara dekh lo .like this statement I got .50 times I have called jeeves customer care .they keep on waiting for 10 to 15 mins and then call gets cut automatically .dont use flipkart to buy any products and no for JEEVES
