Bought a Nokia TV with additional protection cover from Flipkart who has a tie up with Jeeves for repair and installation Order ID - OD119961502005315000. Recently faced an issue with the TV and raised a complaint on 24th March was promised a visit from the technician with 72 hours but pathetic service by Jeeves. Was assigned 2 technicians and promised home visits but have not seen anyone turn up till date. Multiple ph calls to customer care who only assure resolution within 2 working days, technicians who never pickup the calls and never turn up.. Flipkart choose your vendor partner wisely..next time people will think twice before buying any electronics from you if your vendor partners provide such worthless service.
