I purchased the CMF Nothing Phone via Flipkart and added the Jeeves Screen Protection Plan, assuming I was securing my phone. However, when my phone screen got damaged (while still under warranty), I submitted it for repair by paying the processing fee.
To my shock, Jeeves refused to repair the screen, claiming other internal parts were damaged and quoted me ₹16, 000 for repairs – on a phone worth ₹14, 000! I explicitly told them I only wanted the screen replaced (as that’s what the protection plan covered), but they still denied the claim and said they cannot honor the policy.
This is a clear case of misleading customers and not standing by your warranty. If screen damage is not covered under a screen protection plan, then what exactly is? This is unacceptable and unethical!
Flipkart must take accountability for allowing such third-party scams on their platform. Jeeves is damaging customer trust. I strongly advise others to stay away from Jeeves protection plans and urge Flipkart to reevaluate its partnership with such unreliable service providers.
