Display in my TV is not working since 30-Oct-2020. Have called customer care and below are the reference number numbers,

Technician came with spare parts 2 times and was not able to solve since the spare is wrong. I got a call from Customer care, enquiring if I would wish to have a refund or try another service. I opted for refund. Its more than 2 months now - I am yet to get refund of my amount.
Highly pathetic service from Jeeves - never ever go for any product that are covered under Jeeves - you will only get disappointment.
