This company was totally an unknown one to me till I made an ac purchase through flipkart. I had no direct interaction with them but they were the authorized people for installation of split ac at my house. As per their norms the standard installation for the ac costs Rs.1599 which include installation as per company specification and product demonstartion.
Now coming to my experience, they actually hired a third party which is a Panasonic customer care person and my ac was Voltas. I wonder what a panasonic person has to do with a voltas ac. The installation was not done as per company specification and demo was also not given. They charged Rs 1600 also and denied me the bill for the same.
The next day I complained these things to flipkart and till date the matter is not resolved(For the past 26 days).
