Jeeves sent one drunk technician on 21/5/22 against claim id CLCPA20052200661 to find cause behind refrigerator motor failure since 19/5/22, technician was drunk, when I found out that I told him to get out from my house when he was clicking refrigerator pics, he left but updated wrong issue like dryer filter is plastic part, refrigerator cooling less, no damage to electrical part etc etc which are totally wrong. I simultaneously raised complaints against the drunk technician and reported it to jeeves with request to send another technician to cross check. But no one came, After waiting 12 days in hope of another technician visit from jeeves against the drunk and inefficient one, jeeves dont send single technician to solve / cross check the issue. Then I closed the claim CLCPA20052200661 and raised a new claim CLCPQ31052200836 on 31/5/22 in hope for new technician visit to which I received an sms for technician visit on 1/6/22 but 6 days past since claim registration, no technician visit done but jeeves area manager put wrong update with reference of same old complaints which I closed due to improper technician visit, whenever called on 18001034510, jeeves are replying with reference to old cancelled claim, telling that the part is pending which is wrongly updated before by drunk technician on 21/5/22.
