I had a worst experience with Jeevika. I wanted to under follicular study, so I was supposed to go for scanning on May 1st as well. I used to go to Ramakrishna Hospital, Electronic city for follicular study as it is near to my office and home. But I was told from Ramakrishna Hospital that May 1st is holiday and Radiologist is not available.
So I called up couple of hospitals if I can go for scanning. Thus I reached to Jeevika on 30th APR 2013 around 4:00 PM. The receptionist took the call and she asked me to call me on 1st Morning around 7:00 am to get the confirmation if doctor is available or not.
So I called up Jeevika on 1st May around 7:00 am. Receptionist took the call and transferred my call to Radiology department, where one guy spoke to me and he confirmed that doctor is available at 11:00 am. So around 11:10 I reached Jeevika traveling all the way from Electronic city to Marathalli.
After going there, they said not sure if doctor is coming or not. And they came up with the bull sh*t reason that doctor is not picking up the call. When I went and complained the same to front desk and asked them where to lodge complaint, they said there is no such procedure or facility to complain. Here is the review. I felt it is sensuous to attend the patient, else at least make an effort to call them that the doctor is not available.
