The bathroom was pretty filthy by the time my flight from Amsterdam to Toronto landed. The food choices were very limited some spicy rice with chicken real small portion. Went to sleep to pass some time and I was very tired and the staff would constantly wake me up to ask me if I wanted something and I wanted to be left alone to sleep. I’m not sure if I would use this Airline again I’m not allowed to comment on luggage.
I was given a number to call to do a follow-up and the voice mailbox was full so I could not call the airline to check and see what the status was of my possessions.
Customer service lines do not seem to be very helpful and I hope my property shows up in another major complaint would be no in-flight internet which I thought was commonplace in the market today so don’t bring your laptop and, and Surf and while you’re flaying.
