I am not a frequent flyer, for when the India Railways is there why spend 9000 bucks for a trip which can be made in less than 1500 bucks, agreed with much more time consumed.Yet, last month due to the tragic circumstances I landed into, I had no option but to go by air.I was on the flight 9W922, from New Delhi to Kolkata, the date being 29th March.
Starting with the experience, first of all the flight was late to take off.No problems, as such.Then at last the plane took off.The air hostesses, especially, a lady called ’’Anupama’’ was quite friendly.The catering was good, though I did not take anything for I was in no mood to actually eat anything.But yes, I took some fresh lime juice which was fresh indeed.The flight was smooth and frequent announcements were made regarding the altitude, temperature etc.And yes, as with every industry with customer care, I filled up the survey form.I reached Kolkata in no time, a meagre 1 hour and 45 minutes.
A thing I realised is even if the fare is slightly more than the other airlines, its worth paying.For it pays to be on ’’Cloud 9’’.My special thanks to Jet Airways for the service.Looking ahead for my next flight with Jet Airways....
