I traveled with jet airways flight 9W-2360 on 20th February 2018 from Lucknow to Mumbai. It was extremely satisfying journey right from check-in to exit. check-in counter staff were very helpful. crew staff were also very caring and prompt in service. the cleanliness in the cabin was good. the food served was very good. it was a Boeing -737 plane which is well known for its safety standards. The in-cabin sound level was also very less. seats were spacious and enough leg-room was available which adds to comfort of passengers. The flight was well on time and reached the destination accordingly. I found the trip to be very enjoyable and satisfying. I would like to travel with Jet again and again.
