Hi I m chaitanya pandya. When I return from bangkok to india I travell in jet aitways and my flight was dalay to 10 hours to some problem but the managment cant adjust to passangers accomodattion becaus it is a midnigt flight. My flight at 6.00 pm and its cancle and next flight is 5.00 am so they can not offer us mill and good accomodation. It was a bad experiance in jet airways. I trawell from bangkok to mumbai and mumbai to rajkot. In jet airways crew mamber is very peasful minded and good for helping passanger but the mannagment team is very unhelpfull. So Please jet airways owner teach ur managment team to how to manage passanger when their flight cancle.
