I was travelling Chandigarh- Hyderabad and my flight got rescheduled for 6 hours and I couldn’t get the flight. where staying in Chandigarh was important that afternoon, at the same time I had to reach hid by night but their flights cancellation and clubbing ruined my journey. more over they do not attend to their customers well, all what they are concerned about is selling new tickets.
They do not not even call and confirm if the passenger would be travelling, all they do is circulate an automated message regarding the timings. They have the worst customer service team.
I would suggest never to travel by this airline as they are not empathetic to their customer.
