Jet Airways - Cargo

I have had one of the most harrowing experiences with Jet Cargo.


1) If your not wearing a nicely pressed white shirt, they don’t treat you with as much respect. (that’s what the staff wears!)


2) It takes 1 hour for them to get the cargo out.


3) The ’’professionally qualified people’’ who are supposed to identify the cargo will tell you, it has not been brought out from the plane even though it is sitting under their noses.


4) They will have their vehicles barricading the way to exit so that there is no possible way in HELL that you can take your stuff out on your own.


5) They are absolutely unaplogetic about flight delays and mistakes of the nature mentioned above and treat you like ’’Enemy No. 1’’ for pointing it out!


6) They almost inevitably forget to collect charges from you for the cargo and ask you dumb questions when you are in a OBVIOUS hurry.


All is not lost, there are a few bright spots. The people in charge are smart and courteous.
